Accounts, conduct and responsible use of the website.
These terms govern use of the website and account. Cynical Cards is an entertainment card game for adults. Regular games are free to join.
Game mechanics are described in the Rules; purchases of fixed digital features are covered by the Offer; personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
The game is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Keep account access secure, use a valid contact email where required and notify support of suspected unauthorised access. Do not use another person’s account without permission.
Do not harass others, threaten people, publish other people’s private information, send spam or use unlawful content. Provocative humour on cards does not justify abuse of players. Use the report action to flag violations.
Do not interfere with the service, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abuse or bypass account restrictions. Report technical issues to support rather than using them against other players.
You are responsible for content you publish and must have the right to publish it. The service may store and display it as needed to operate the selected public or room features. Intellectual property rights in the game and third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
The operator may remove violating content and restrict access proportionately to the violation and to protect the service. You may contact the operator to dispute a restriction. Restrictions do not remove mandatory consumer rights relating to purchases.
The website may be updated. The current terms are published here; material changes should be communicated to users. Changes do not override mandatory law or retrospectively remove rights relating to paid purchases.
